We ship our products with DHL to the delivery address of your choice.

Our products can only be delivered to addresses in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Due to the parcel size of the DaffyBoards, shipments to Packstations cannot always be carried out! If the largest parcel compartment of the Packstation is already occupied, the parcel will be held ready for collection at the DHL parcel center.

Please therefore give preference to delivery to a delivery address.

Delivery times

We will deliver your order in Germany within 3 to 5 working days. Orders outside Germany will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery to Switzerland: We have a distribution partner for Switzerland. From now on, please order your board directly from https://www.hillaundkiki.ch/daffyboards/

We no longer accept orders with a delivery address in Switzerland in our store.

Shipping costs

We deliver free of shipping costs within Germany! Shipping costs vary within and outside the EU.

Returns (subject to a charge)

You don't like your DaffyBoard? No problem!

You can return our products for a fee within 31 days without giving a reason. The prerequisite for this is that it is undamaged and shows no signs of use.
